Andromeda Teknik respects your personal data. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights, in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

When you fill in a form, we store your name, WhatsApp number, email if you provide one, machine details, machine photos you send, and your notes. We also record the time, the form used, and the version of this policy as proof of your consent.

When you press a WhatsApp button, we record the time, the type of button, the source page, and the product you asked about. This record does not store your full IP address.

Basis and purpose of processing

We process data based on the consent you give through the checkbox on each form. The purpose is to respond to your service and quote requests, and to contact you about those requests.

Retention

Form data is kept for 12 months from submission, then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

Your contact details are stored encrypted, the website uses HTTPS, and only authorised staff can open them in the admin panel. If a personal data breach occurs, we notify you and the competent authority in writing within 3 x 24 hours.

Cookies

The website uses cookies it needs to work: a session cookie, a form security cookie, and a cookie that remembers your language choice. The initial language is based on the country of your connection. Your quote list and display preference are stored in your own browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. After you withdraw consent, we stop processing within 3 x 24 hours.
